We attract and headhunt the best talent! UK Job Station is proud to provide a genuine risk free alternative to the established means of recruitment. It is widely accepted that the recruitment industry has something of a bad reputation. Mainstream recruitment agencies are, in our opinion, justifiably discredited for charging exorbitant fees - generally 15-35% of a first year salary and benefits. The alternative; using a flat fee job advertiser or direct advertising/sourcing by you, the employer, is both expensive, and provides no guarantees. UKJS provides a service based on success, with no upfront costs. Only when and if a suitable candidate has been found and placed, will you incur a modest fee - in our experience often costing less than the resources (online advertising, subscription to cv databases, Linkedin Recruiter) than if you placed an advert and searched for candidates yourself, especially when considering that what often initially seems a low cost diy advertising and search option, often compounds to cost significantly more with the risk that you need to re advertise/ search if your, or if you have used a flat fee /up front fee job advertiser's initial attempt at recruiting is unsuccessful.
